Saturday, 1/5 – What I ate

I don’t have time to write anything here. Yet. Will update soon.

No coffee today. 10am Pilates Class. 5 Chinups.

Did not over eat, today I felt great. 🙂

Today I ate:

Breakfast:
1 slice of wheat toast
5 slices of avocado
1 fried egg

Lunch:
1 whole wheat tortilla
3 table spoons of avocado salad (tomatoes, onion, salt, lime, avocado)
4 slices of turkey breast deli meat
some spring baby mix greens
sprinkled some mozz and chedd cheese
4 sliced fresh white mushrooms
powerade zero

Dinner:
1/2 Pasta Spotanza at Carrabbas
3 slices of the table bread and olive oild
3 tablespoons of minestrone soup
side caesar salad
water to drink
half a wild cherry capri sun
