Day started at 6:45am CST.

EXERCISE – 10:30 pm
25 pushups
50 prisoner squats
50 bicycles
20 tricep dips
61 burpees

FOOD

Bfast:
Coffee
Half banana with peanut butter and protein powder
.25 of power bar
8oz water
.5 oz of jerky

Lunch today:
Arugula salad no dressing
Turkey tetrazzini
Grilled veggies
8 oz diet coke

Snack: 1 mini size 3musketeer

Dinner:
Perez Mexican Restaurant
1 Steak Taco with lettuce, tomato slice, onion, cilantro on double corn tortilla
Chips, Guacamole, Salsa
20oz Water
1.5oz of beef jerky
