Sunday – 1/9 Food & Exercise Log

Day started at 4am.

  • 5:30am – Bfast
  • Greek Yogurt Strawberry on bottom, with granola
  • Few gulps of powerade zero
  • 9oz cup of coffee with splenda and half/half creamer
  • 12:30pm – Lunch
  • Chopped salad with iceberg lettuce, dice tomatoes, teaspoon of blue cheese crumbles and Italian dressing might be some chopped avocado in it
  • Gnocchi with cheesy red sauce
  • Penne in red meat sauce
  • Stuff tortellini with spinach and chicken
  • One bite on a bread roll
  • 6oz diet coke
  • 16oz bottle water
  • did not finish entire meal
  • 6:30pm – Snack
  • 3oz of Jacks Links Beef Jerky
  • 7:30pm – Dinner
  • Shrimp Papardelle Pasta with spinach and cherry tomato
  • 1 bite of house bread
  • did not finish entire meal
  • 12 oz diet pepsi

Did 69 burpees at 9:30pm
