Day started at 745am.

Didnt get to do my HIIT workout below, but I know I’ll get it in sometime. I did other things to make up for it.

Wednesday: Low-calorie (1200 calories)

Breakfast
2 frozen organic waffles (200 calories)
(Substituted with blueberries and cream oatmeal 130 cals)
1 tbsp maple syrup (50 calories)
1/2 cup blueberries (42 calories)

Snack
6 celery stick slices (6 calories)
1 tbsp natural peanut butter (95 calories)
25 raisins (39 calories)
(All very yummy! Never liked celery before but tastes great with peanut butter and raisins)
3.8 oz of bolthouse farms blue goodness fruit juice

Lunch
1 cup reduced sodium tomato soup (158 calories)
Toasted small whole wheat pita with 1 slice swiss cheese and 1 basil (74 and 106 and 1 = 181 calories)
10 baby carrots (40 calories)

I used 1 oz of shredded mozzarella (75 cals) instead and 1 wheat tortilla (110 cals)

Snack
1 medium nectarine (62 calories)

Dinner
3 oz shrimp (90 calories)
1/2 cup peas (58 calories)
1/4 cup couscous (uncooked, is more when cooked) (163 calories)
1 tbsp hoisin sauce (35 calories)
1/4 cup red peppers (12 calories)

I forgot peas when I went to the store last night but subbed green pole beans instead and thought I had hoisin sauce but ended up sprinkling salt sugar paprika peppercorn and garlic flakes on the shrimp.

I was short on the calories so I ate another 1/2c serving of couscous.

Super delicious meal!

Total: 1231 calories
(This is so little calories but I did good with the substitutions, I think)
