EXERCISE
None! My butt is still sore from yesterday’s workouts. I did help put up rings in the warehouse, and was able to use it a bit to do pullups, leg raises, etc. But just to test out, no actual work. Wow! A day off!

1 bite of a burger ~ 200 cals 😦

Snack
12 gummi penguins 67.2 cals (I need to hide these suckers!!!!!!!!)

Dinner
Coconut Chicken Curry
1.5 cups bamboo shoots 25 cals
1 c pineapple chunks 140 cals
1c diced onion 5.5 cals
