Day started at 6:30am

EXERCISE
Tried to do the Hiit Max workout that I posted, Internet didn’t work in that area so I didn’t know how to do some of the exercises, but I did do a few things, nothing worth really posting but I will anyway to keep track

5 Rings pull-up
3 rings leg raises
1 rings upside down push-up

50 sec skips high knees
50 sec bicycles
50 sec push-up with 5lb weights and kicks
50 sec skips high knees
50 sec jump jacks

8 40lb cable cross overs

FOOD
Bfast
Coffee, Splenda fat free sugar free creamer

Snack
1 banana 100 cals

Lunch
McAllisters
1/2 New Yorker sandwich, corned beef, pastrami lettuce tomato on wheat 280 cals
1 c fire roasted veggie soup 60 cals
20 oz Water

Snack
1 banana 100 cals
4 saltines

Dinner
The Battery
60% Shrimp and grits about 750 cals
3 oz calamari with cocktail sauce about 200 cals
