No exercise. At all. Today. I am so beat. 🙂

Bfast – oatmeal with almonds and flax seed – 140 cals
Coffee

None

Lunch
1.5 cups of chicken noodle soup – roughly 340 cals

Snack
Banana 100 cals

Dinner
Chuy’s – tasty but bad choice…still tasty!
Pancho appetizer – I ate 1 piece, but the meat off a couple other pieces
Salsa and chips
2 tbsp of mexican rice
Water
