Sat, 1/26 Food & Exercise Log

Day started at 9:00 am

EXERCISE
HIITLite that I posted on Friday

In 20/10: as many as you can
2 push-ups
2 ab curls

In 20/10: as many as you can
Jumping toe touches

In 20/10: as many as you can
4 mountain climbers
4 half burpees

In 20/10: as many as you can
Squats with leg lifts

Then repeat 3 times with 20 seconds rest in between

50 pushups
50 elevated crunches
50 dead bugs
25 left woodchops
25 right woodchops

FOOD
Bfast – Bolthouse Protein Plus Chocolate (whole bottle) 420 cals

Snack – a sample bite of some cheesy beefy something at Trader Joes
Lunch – Tomato Head Restaurant – I don’t have calorie content, but it was a vegetarian huevo ranchero: 3 corn tortillas, black beans, portobello mushrooms, egg whites, spinach, tomato, salsa all on a bed of mole sauce (super delishus!)

Snack – none
Dinner – Nama Sushi: Crabby eel roll, 10 pieces – Super delicious!
Also had an appetizer: seaweed salad and crab asiago dip with naan
