Thurs, 1/31 F&E Log

Day started 745am

I’m excited today. It’s the end of the first 30 days. 🙂 I’ve lost about 2.4lbs and down to 123.6. Trimmer around the belly and thighs. My muscle definition is not where I want it to be. But I know it takes weeks to see those kinds of results and I will wait patiently.

HIIT in the warehouse
Tabata 20/10 – 8 rounds each set – 9 mins total
Cardio: squat jumps / plank leg side to side
Core: half burpees / medicine ball exchange
Strength: lawn mower high pulls with sandbag / decline push-ups
Abs: touch the sky sit-ups / regular sit-ups

Bfast – 2 egg omelet with spinach and onion, coffee
Snack – peanut butter rollup with banana – I’ve tactfully named it “nanerito”
Lunch – pad Thai, Ice cream cone
Snack – 3 honey roasted almonds, glass of almond milk
Dinner – cod filet, spinach, basil, Korean BBQ sauce, miracle rice (don’t recommend)
Snack – half acorn squash baked with cinnamon sugar a d ginger powder
